I went too the Krispy Kreme’s the other day on free donut day and i was in line for a free donut and the girl in front of me went in and the ladie called Yarra gave her one and when i went into get one she asked me to wait 10 mins for one when they already had fresh donuts in the store. Then the line just was getting longer and longer like bad customer service I work in retail and and know how to treat customers properly with respect and kindness, and not like crap like she did. The staff there have a real attitude problem. Worst place ever 0/10 stars they really need a good shake up have nice

My experience at Krispy Kreme was very disappointing. I went today, Saturday at exactly 5:00 pm, planning to buy donuts, coffee, and a milkshake. When I asked for the milkshake, the employee told me she couldn’t make it because she had already cleaned the machine, with a clear attitude of wanting to close and leave, even though it was not closing time yet. On top of that, the entire seating area was already closed. It’s unfortunate because every time I visit, it’s the same situation: the store feels like it’s in “closing mode” long before the actual closing time. Customers are not encouraged

ordered an ice latte and later when i changed my mood to add some vanilla, asked the staff , they said its 80 cents extra, can somebody please tell arlo and samuel from the store that the price of iced latte and iced vanilla latte is same. this store seriously needs to train their staff on coffees and prices.

Really great, nice clean store with good selection and nice service. Have to say Honey was a great staff member and despite it being busy was efficiently and friendlily helping out a lot of customers and keeping them moving through. No worries when she served me. If management reads this, Honey should be running your customer service training for all your stores, given how great she was you’d see it add value to your business.
