Not our first brunch here, and certainly not our last. The food is always delicious, and the service is consistently fantastic. A special thank you to the lovely lady who looked after us today. She saw we ordered the tuna melt and immediately brought over a full bottle of hot sriracha without us even having to ask. It’s those thoughtful little touches that make all the difference. Had the Let Us Feed You menu. Incredible food in terms of execution and the new ideas and ingredients to me, every dish amazing. 90pp seems an absolute bargain for this quality of food. Cannot recommend enough Marla Singer's set menu for those in Hobart looking for a really good meal.

Went for a lovely Thursday girls dinner, both of us have strong fine dining hospo backgrounds and were blown away by how incredible the food was. Interesting and unexpected textures and flavour combinations, the Jerusalem Artichokes with Chickpea Miso and Nasturtium Wrasse dumplings were real stand outs. The blackberry leaf ice cream was also very delicious!
