We had the chefs menu here a couple of years ago and the quality of the food served has improved beyond measure. It was beautiful before, but now I would not hesitate to say this is the best restaurant in Bendigo. The staff are amazing and very professional. The food is made to perfection and every element of every dish was perfect. I could not fault one thing about our experience there tonight. We will definitely be back and telling everyone to go to Alium before anywhere else.
