This has to be one of the best I had in vic even though there's no wasabi served with it. It really didnt need anything more. Other rolls I had here have loose rice/rice starting to crumble at some point but not this one (very compact & refreshing). The ramen had chewy bouncy noods long after they got soaked in the broth. The browth was a bit salty to my liking (i had the miso) but hubby did enjoy his tonkotsu. Love the experience here
