What a wonderful experience. You are right on the Brisbane River with fabulous views and atmosphere. From the moment I stepped onto the property I felt welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed and very chill with attentive staff. I never felt rushed and was allowed to sit and enjoy the view and ambiance. All of staff I encountered were warm and inviting always with a smile and ready to serve. As a single traveller I opted to sit in the bar area (as opposed to the large dining room) and the service was stellar. The seating is very comfortable and the food was fresh and delicious. Spent a long and pleasant afternoon with friends at this lovely restaurant on the north bank of the Brisbane River. It bills itself as a Greek restaurant… maybe. In reality, it’s more of a tourist-style dining experience. The food certainly looks like Greek cuisine, but unfortunately it doesn’t really taste like it. Add to that the contemporary fit-out and background music that isn’t Greek (yes, even modern Greek music would have helped), and the overall atmosphere feels disconnected from what it’s trying to represent.
