I visited the restaurant today (May 1st at around 12:30 PM), and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The woman who served me—who appeared to be the manager or possibly the owner—came across as quite rude and unprofessional in her manner . I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving customer service would make a significant difference to the overall experience and help maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.

I had a really disappointing experience at Nando's. This was honestly the worst service I’ve received. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. If someone is having a bad day or personal issues, that shouldn’t be taken out on customers. The way we were treated was not acceptable at all. This seems to be a new staff member, and it’s a big contrast to the previous team who were always polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my impression of this location. Management really needs to look into staff behavior and ensure basic customer service standar

Would like to send a big shout out to Giselle, and her amazing team. 20/10/2025. I go to to this Nandos, as it is close to my work. The people who work there are always amazing, 🤩🤩🤩 always friendly service, helpful and everything is fresh, hot and enjoyable. I have been to a few Nandos and the Grand blvd store is by far the best. You are all a credit to this store. Thank you for always giving me the best service, I look forward to seeing you on my next visit.
