We had lunch and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The ‘banquet’ for two is a great idea as it enables us to try a number of different dishes. The service staff were helpful without being intrusive this restaurant certainly lived up to its reputation.

**Great food and atmosphere, but service needs improvement.** I arrived right at 6pm as the first customer. The food (both Indian and Thai) was delicious, and the environment was very nice. However, I waited nearly an hour between appetizers and main course. When I asked the tall, female waiter with glasses about the delay, she just said "wait a moment" and walked off to take other orders. Disappointing service for a first guest.

We visited because we had heard of Jimmy Shu. The menu was comprised of items which seemed to come from Indian, Chinese and definitely Malay influence. Our choice was the banquet so we could try several dishes and it was a delightful experience. My wife is not a duck lover but she was wowed by the duck salad and I felt the Pandan chicken and pork rolls were very good. Of the mains we felt the pork belly and chicken chetinad were the standouts. Service was excellent, very attentive.
