I’ve always liked Guzman y Gomez, and the Erina location used to be consistently great, which is why I order from there quite regularly. Unfortunately, lately I’ve noticed the quality starting to slip. The main reason I’m leaving a review is because it’s actually impossible to get in touch with the store directly. I’ve tried calling multiple times and the phone is never answered. I would have much preferred to give this feedback directly rather than leave a public review, but there doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact them. Worst possible Mexican food you can ever get. They have lot of staff, works on many orders but If they want, I can post the order photo with the receipt and it will explain the quality. Recommend avoiding this unless you are really drunk or its the last restaurant opened in NSW. Photos will explain the quality

l ordered a vegetarian bowl, as I am a vegetarian, but was shocked to find pieces of meat in my food. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. It's incredibly shameful for a restaurant to make such a mistake, especially when dietary preferences and restrictions are involved. I emailed them the same day to address this issue, but I still haven't received any reply. It's been almost two days now. The lack of response shows a disregard for customer concerns. I expected much better attention to detail and customer service. Will not be returning.

Got an ice coffee today at 10:15am and it had black coffee grinds from top to bottom it was so foul 🤢 it was meant to be a Carmel ice latte and it’s 2x darker than normal from the coffee grinds stuck all in it. Couldn’t call and get a refund.
