​Checked out Maple & Cove for breakfast on weekend and the vibes were honestly so chill. The place is super neat and clean, and the whole atmosphere is just really calm and nice. ​The food and coffee were Total 10/10. Everything was so yummy. ​The only weird thing was the service at the start. I literally just walked in and hadn't even sat down yet when the staff rushed over asking for my coffee order. I asked for a few minutes to settle in, but she was back like 10 seconds later! It felt a bit "rush-rush" for such a relaxed spot, but honestly, everything else was great. Definitely worth a vis

Great breakfast in a table in the Winter sun perfect Canberra spot. Hadn’t been to Maple in a while and had forgotten what a great spot it is. Food was really good and lovely spot in the sun. Def one of the top 5 Canberra Breakfasts.

Desperate for a place with an open kitchen past 10:30am we tried here and regretted it. Sure the vibe and atmosphere is nice but the service was hopeless, waiters refused to look up and around to see people plus the food was flat out inedible. I wanted to raise it as an issue but again … good luck finding someone to talk to. In the end we paid and left but please beware and to any cafes out there, hard tough rubber like scrambled eggs are not fun.

We have family get together for lunch here, as i am staying next door at Burbury hotel for the weekend. It is a cafe setting with outdoor as well, the all day breakfast and lunch menu is simple and extensive. surprise when the food arrive as every dish is so balance and well mix, portion is generous and price is reasonable. We end up going there for breakfast the next morning before we head home to Sydney. 8/10
