Teeter is absolutely amazing-right up there with Chu Bakery! Their pastries are elite, but you have to get in early because they sell out incredibly fast. It's a great little spot with nice places to hang out and sit down. For drinks, they have a great device/setup going. Whether you are grabbing a drop/batch coffee or just a basic plunge/filter coffee, it's all seriously good. Highly recommend!

This place serves one of the best cheesecakes in Perth, and the croissants and pies are absolutely delicious as well! I ordered a takeaway around 10 am midweek, and the wait time was only about 5 minutes. There is free parking available on the road, but it can get busy so you might have to drive a bit further down to snag a spot.

While the setup is basic, it’s perfectly adequate for a quick coffee break. Alternatively, a nearby park provides a pleasant setting to enjoy their offerings. The menu impresses with its seasonal variety. During a recent visit around Christmas, the bakery showcased delightful fruit mince pies and other festive treats. I had a chicken pie one month ago and I've probably thought about it every single day since then. Apple custard danish and mushroom danish were both stellar, very crispy and flaky. Also tried the yuzu chiffon, probably the best chiffon cake I've had from a Perth bakery. 10/10 no notes
