The person serving us wasn’t very friendly and could not seem to explain the difference between their iced mocha and iced coffee. That should have been a sign but we proceeded anyway. The mocha was terrible, probably one of the worst we’ve had. It tasted like powder chocolate milk made with way too much syrup - far too sweet and could barely taste any coffee. The staff did not seem to show any concern that we did not enjoy it. Nice location, but the service and coffee can do with improvement.

This was a really strange cafe - attached to the Henry Jones Art Hotel and really not up to the standard. The service was terrible. The hostess was friendly but we only saw a return twice - to take the order and bring the food. We didn't get water glasses and struggled to get their attention. The drinks took a while and the food was average. We had bloody mary cocktails and this was just like a ready made watered down soft drink. Really poor for the price. Such a shame, as lovely presentation but really poor quality food. P.S. over a 20 min wait for two coffees. I wouldn't recommend.

The place is beautiful inside the atrium, with lots of natural light and sheltered seating. But the staff and service is very poor. The drinks are expensive for instant powder drinks, and the kitchen seems to have nothing left in stock. When ordering coffee they quickly took my money, then said it would be a 20 minute wait… for a coffee. I would never have handed over the money if I knew. In summary, come with your own food and drinks and enjoy the Atrium - give jam packed a miss.

Had a really great experience at Jam Packed today, we had a group of 6. All of the meals were very well presented and tasted great as well. Really enjoyed the iced matcha strawberry and the bagel with avocado, ricotta and poached eggs. Was super quiet as we went on a tuesday but both the waitress and manager were very friendly.
