Cool place to dine or just sit at the bar with some local beers on tap🍻 Pub has plenty of character, with a variety of ornaments around the walls. Ground level + upstairs dining, pool table and good range on the menu. Ptetty much attached to the Quality Hotel Colonial Launceston makes it very convenient to eat & stay. Service & food was good, friendly staff!

Well... i will not be returning to Three Steps on George. What started out as a lovely night, ended pretty awful. Drink was good, food wasn't so amazing. Got a Scotch fillet steak for $44. Didn't mind forking out as a friend at the bar said it was good. I ordered the steak medium rare and got what i can only describe as cardboard quality. I took the steak back and before i complained i asked my friends opinion if it was the same as they got. They said no and before i stopped speaking the bartender abused me for asking my friends about the steak and not coming to her first. Never felt so stupid
