We went to opening night and so happy to see Corbin’s alive again! The new owner has done a fabulous job and clearly knows what he is doing. The cocktails were amazing , the wine list clever and the food! Wow, superb fresh ingredients and with a Mediterranean hint, the chef is just very very good. I had to be convinced to order the calamari but they were honestly the best I’ve had. The oysters were fresh. We further had the anchovies on sourdough with ricotta, a very well balanced baba ganoush and burrata. The house made focaccia is to die for. We can’t wait to try the rest of the menu very so

The food was exceptional. The dishes were beautifully balanced and super interesting even though the dishes sounded rather simple. Would say a very under priced and underrated restaurant. In my hometown Munich, this would be eveynight fully booked. A recommendation for anybody who loves food and good cocktails.
