Staff are always so friendly and obliging. It’s by far my favourite Zarraffa’s store that I’ve been to. So lucky that it’s also my closest store and right over the road from the beach!

Guys you’re going to have to sort out the drive through wait time. Employ more staff. It’s shocking. 36 mins today. To get one drink. Only two cars ahead of me. Also where did the avo on toast go? I’m in the drive through several times a week. The girls are not greeting people. Gossiping to one another. It’s going downhill, fast.

This used to be one of two Z restaurants in town but now is the only one. Good spot to meet up with friends. Drive through, takeaway or dine in. I'm not a coffee drinker but plenty of other hot/cold, sweet/savoury options that I enjoy. Favourites are Creme Chocolade Fusion (Frappe), hot chocolate, chai latte, coconut loaf, banana bread, spinach roll, caramel slice, BNE roll. There's a Z app that rewards you with 10% of your purchase and accumulates to dollar off your future purchase when you get to a certain amount. I believe you get a free beverage of sorts on your birthday too 🥰 A yes
