Loch & Key is usually one of my favourite venues. However, My younger brother after spending a while in the venue left was walking his girlfriend to his car and after waiting over 40 minutes patiently to get back inside. After he was at the front line got told he was ‘too big’ and ‘too tired’ to come in. He was on his phone the entire time and the security claimed he was ‘falling asleep’. we asked the manager to assist in sorting out the miscommunication. Best place to unwind after a long shift at work, great drink selection , rooftop bar and hot food offered at all hours!! Pies are 10/10 , drinks are amazing & service is even better, Sean and all the other staff are so welcoming and fun :) thanks for always providing a great night guys!!

no place better for a night out, the vibes are electric and the view over the balcony is something to remember. great customer service, u feel well looked after and the drinks are good and cheaper than a lot of other places. Highly recommend.

The staff took my half finished drink at 11pm. And whe I said oi wait, he thought it was acceptable to educate me on how I should respond to him when he took my drink. Sorry but don't take my drink. And then, don't think you are in the right, and proceed to talk down to me like I'm in the wrong. We have all worked I'm hospo. Just say sorry and leave. Don't tell me I'm wrong, YOU took MY drink. Insane behaviour. Never had this sense of entitlement in my life.
