I had an extremely disappointing experience at O-Bento Melbourne Central today. I was handed a sushi box that looked noticeably less fresh than another identical variant on display. Before paying, I politely asked if I could swap it for the better-looking box. Rather than responding professionally to a very reasonable request, the staff member immediately became visibly irritated and hostile. The interaction was unnecessarily rude from start to finish. Today I had the worst experience at O Bento in Melbourne Central. I ordered a sushi bento box, which came with just one tiny napkin and a small sachet of soy sauce. Since I was with someone with a disability who usually needs more than that, I politely asked the staff for an extra napkin and a bit more soy sauce. To my surprise, the two ladies working there were extremely unfriendly and rude. They told me I had to pay extra for both the napkin and soy sauce.
