The food was amazing from the starters to the desserts. An absolutely delight to the pallet. Service was good too but a little slow with drinks. The only complaint was the music .... unfortunate choice that didn't help create an enjoyable atmosphere....more like an 80's night club. Something less disco would be much nicer.

A bit disappointing. The service is very slow, it wasn’t busy but we waited over an hour for our mains. Complimentary bread is a nice touch though it was a bit too burnt for my liking. Scallops were really nice. The $47 Mille fille (fancy meatloaf) was fine but not worth the price tag. The menu said it came with coffee parsnip but it was definitely an unpeeled carrot on top. Similarly with the pork belly, serving size was tiny although the presentation was nice, three strips for $45 wasn’t worth it at all. Potato mousseline was nice but tiny.

Townsville!!!! You want all the nice things the cities have well then this restaurant is it. We dined on a Wednesday night and only 2 other couples were there. Get out and enjoy this place. We opted for the shared experience for 2. Every dish was superb, delicious and served in style. Couldn’t possibly eat it all and when dessert came - well way too delicious. Sure it wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t regular pub food either. Have a classy night and treat yourself. Dibash the assistant manager was our server and was on point the entire evening, he was proud of his food and very happy to showcase thei

First time visiting jam last night but I had heard such wonderful things about the place so I had to visit , i was with my good friend celebrating my birthday , food and service was amazing, very attentive staff and food was delicious, the whole vibe did not disappoint and great cocktails. I would like to say thank you to Jason and his team and all staff who attended to us last night , I will definitely return.
