Had dinner here with friends who are local. We had a booking but the place was empty when we got there. It was a Tuesday night. The room is bright and provides beautiful views on Elizabeth Quay and the river(just disrupted by some new high rises unfortunately). The menu can be described as modern Asian. We had a few dishes to share as well as cocktails. Cocktails were nice, the food was okay, not really hot though. The beef was nice but lacked a bit of flavour. Beautiful views let's start there. Food was hit and miss. The mango cocktail was lovely - maybe just a place for drinks??? The beef rendang was probably the best part, the broccoli, the snapper, the yakotori skewers and the eggplant was good. What fell short was the rice. It was hard and not okay. One bowl was fluffy and perfect the other was hard proper hard rice so unsure if it was just sitting there for ages. Restaurant is located on the top floor at the Quay Hotel opposite Elizabeth Quay. Venue itself is impressive with a great view of Elizabeth Quay & the Swan River. Took my son here on a Sunday evening for an early dinner & we were seated in the middle of the dining area. When you book maybe worthwhile to request for tables near the windows where you can enjoy more of the fantastic view. We celebrated NYE 2025, with a special event New Year’s Eve cocktail party (730-1030pm), with DJ, canapés, flowing drinks. Great location for watching the fireworks at 830pm, and spending time with our friends.
