Disappointing experience due to poor order management. When we arrived to collect our order, we were told that our entire order had already been taken by another customer, as staff did not verify order numbers or names properly. We then had to wait while the order was remade. We were in a rush to pick up our child from school, so we took the food and left. When we got home, we realised that several items were still missing from the meal deal. Staff offered a large fries as compensation, which we appreciate. However, the issue was not about compensation — we simply wanted the items we ordere

Everything was dirty with crumbs all over the floor the tables were filthy. Food was alright with the chips being disappointingly soggy. The redeeming quality was the chicken tenders and the cost. Everything else was horrendous. Go somewhere else 😭 (edit) I saw people cleaning the table by themselves the service is terrible.

Not the first time they’ve forgotten to give me my drink when I’m using app order. After realizing the drink was missing, I immediately drove back to collect it and also hoped to have the fries replaced, as they were cold and tasted bad. When I returned to the drive through again, a male staff member at the second window looked at me and said, “What do you want now?” in a confrontational tone. Another staff member sighed as though I was causing trouble. The missing drink was a bit annoying, but the rude attitude made the experience much worse.

Came in at 8:45pm on Sunday night at Point Cook KFC. ordered meal n sat down. Waited for 15 minutes as they didn’t call my name went to the counter but female staff was busy on her phone texting she even couldn’t hear me!!! So I waited for 5 mins for her to get off the phone. Wanted to see how long it took her to see a customer when she was right behind the counter. Then she gets my order from the microwave. Asked if she reheated it to which she said yes!!! Pathetic fast food approach. I refused to take the microwaved KFC and asked for chicken from the fryer. I was the only person in the res
