The kitchen at this place is amazing!!! We had cured trout oysters and tatare for entre and the kitchen let us have 3 natural and 3 Kilpatrick in our half dozen. The size of the oysters are just right and freshly shucked, the topping of the kilpatrick was delicious but too much for the oyster, so we scooped some of it onto our sourdoug bread yum. The tatare was hand cut of high quality meat with a delicious topping, maybe a wee too much vinegar but still top of class. We had a wonderful experience at Seasalt Meribella. The service was excellent, with our waitstaff attentive and regularly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. The entrées were enjoyable overall, though the wagyu tartare was slightly on the salty side still beautifully presented. The mains were faultless! fresh, well prepared, and absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend dining here, especially at sunset when the views are simply stunning.

My partner and I went to Meribella for their ‘Behind the pass’ tasting menu. We had Hayley as our waitress who was fantastic. All of the food was absolutely beautiful, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was lovely. We couldn’t fault any part of our experience and would highly recommend heading to Meribella.
