I came in around 5pm in the late afternoon and ordered a McSmart meal with the bonus deal (hash brown and a Chicken ‘n’ Cheese burger). The wait time was actually pretty good, less than 5 minutes and my name was called quickly, so no issues there. However, when I got to my destination (after dealing with heavy Thursday late night shopping traffic) I checked the bag and realised there were no chips included. This is now the third time this has happened, which is really frustrating. It’s not that hard to double or triple check the order before handing it out. I understand how hospitality works

One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. The vanilla milkshake was two-thirds full, had dark residue inside the cup, and tasted wrong. I also paid for extra cheese on a Triple Cheeseburger, confirmed it with staff, and still received no extra cheese. Unacceptable quality and service.

Isabella truly went above and beyond when there was a small issue with my order—she handled it quickly, professionally, and made sure I left completely satisfied. The boys were friendly, efficient, and welcoming throughout my visit. It's refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Keep up the great work!

i love mcdonalds and this was easily by far the worst i have ever been in. i went in to use the restroom and then get an ice cream but the toilet is locked unless you buy something, so i tried to order but there ordering tablet thing was broken so they just unlocked the toilet anyway. the toilet itself was filthy and had graffiti, and the sink was constantly running water. at that point i was too worried about the hygiene standards to actually order anything so i left.
