Absolutely disappointed with the state of this McDonald’s tonight. The dining area was filthy and unhygienic — dirty tables covered in old food and drinks, bins overflowing, rubbish all over the floor, and spills left unattended. It honestly looked like no one had cleaned the place for a long time. For a family restaurant, this is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially when customers are dining in with children. It was so bad that we chose not to eat here and went to the Springwood McDonald’s instead.

Girl working at the front around 10:15PM 20/06/26 was very great and cares about the orders. She would check the burgers, open them up and make sure the patty is not missing, and top up the drinks if you ask (Mecca's drinks machines are just so bad, won't fill the cup even for just 80%). She also handles the fries perfectly, quick, fresh and efficient. One of my best Mecca's experience.

First I wanna acknowledge that the service was fast and the staff were incredibly nice and even offered to help me carry my huge order to my car. But, I do notice that this McDonald’s cannot handle large orders. EVERYTIME I order a large order here, there is always two or more items missing. I take a LITTLE bit of responsibility for not checking the bag, but it shouldn’t be on the customer to check if their order is correct. It starts in the kitchen where they bag the order. Please tell these workers that they need to check their finished orders before give it and taking my money. Thank you

I used to visit McDonald’s in Underwood, but the place was almost untidy everytime and the staff were not very friendly. Recently, however, it has become much cleaner and the staff are very kind. I think that they may have a new assistant manager. They even came to me and told me that my fries would take an extra 2 minutes. I found that very caring with good communication with customers. I've never seen this amount of dedication from staff here.
