Ordered a bacon egg and hollandaise sauce bagel as it looked very yummy in the photo. Very disappointed as it was nothing like the photo and when I asked where was the sauce and the rest of my bacon I was told that is it all mixed in by the server. WHAT!!! Disgusting, never again it was so dry I could not eat it. Photo of the beagle and what I received. You should be ashamed $10.85 ? 10 something ☹️😡

Adele is exactly the type of person that should be working in customer service. There was a long line in the drive thru and I noticed her exceptional service even being 3 cars down from the window. Always go to the drive thru, the people taking your order are very professional. Welcoming you to Zarraffa's, and nothing is ever to much trouble. No wonder the que is so long. But absolutely worth it.
