I have been to Bumble Beez a few times now and can say as an early childhood educator and now kindergarten educator, this place is fantastic. Every time I come, there is new equipment or movement in the space. It’s clean (of course there are kids so you need to understand things will get messy at times, but not old unhygienic). Love that there are rules about toys staying in place spaces, which is important for teaching kids, perfect to even reflect at home. Overall, very happy. Don’t agree with any negative reviews. Lovely small business!

Just a little dirty for us. response to owner - Hi, the play areas weren't as clean. some of the toys were damaged or had rips and tears, especially the spinning wheels (see image). My child enjoyed his time but it was not a clean play-centre . Hopefully my feedback and others below me about cleanliness will help make the place better and improve its standard. Thank you

I did not have a good experience at this place. My sister’s baby party was held here, and unfortunately the staff were very rude and unprofessional. They spoke in a very loud and disrespectful manner, even around the children, which made the environment uncomfortable for everyone. They also did not show proper respect to our invited guests and spoke harshly to them as well. We expected much better customer service and basic courtesy towards families and guests. Had such a fantastic experience at Bumblebeez Playcentre! The play centre was clean, spacious and perfect for keeping the kids entertained for hours. The staff were friendly, helpful and made everyone feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food and coffee were also surprisingly good for a play centre, which made it enjoyable for the adults too. It’s great to find a place where kids can have fun safely while parents can actually relax a little. Highly recommend for playdates, casual visits or birthday parties, we’ll definitely be back!
