Came here Saturday morning around 10am. Nice quiet and Bakery selections still plenty. Mocha bread was so delicious. Not overly sweet with abit of salty touch and on every bite. Smells divine. Not a fan of the garlic bread, though. It filled with dense cream (or butter) and feels very rich and fatty 😅 the Ham and Cheese was also cream cheese and slightly sweet, not the kind of Tasty cheese ham and cheese. Most cheese here using cream cheese I just notice. Expect something different type of flavour when you visit here. Next time I might try thr Mochi bread one since it looks so good. Ta

Best in Werribee! gosh Im so happy that I discovered this cafe. never knew they opened here! love the einspanner latte and their pastries. ordered the cream cheese woth spring onion salt bread and almond mochi croissant!! Staffs are really friendly and breads are the GOAT not to mention the beverages! Reasonable prices as well. Ube latte - recently released - gives deep flavour without any bitterness. It goes well with salt bread. I had it with garlic salt bread that has perfect balance between salty and sweet flavour. The balance is so good that each flavour reinforces each other, making it super delicious. The bottom of the bread is coated with garlic layer which is sweet crispy. I love it. Dear Dough is wonderful! Soft buttery bread with just the right amount of salt. It’s always a delight to be greeted warmly by the friendly staff as we walk in the door. We highly recommend the original salt bread, garlic salt bread, both the mochi twists and the mocha bun (this one is our personal favourite). If you’re getting takeaway and having the bread at home, you can take it up a notch and warm them up in the air fryer so they taste like they’re fresh out of the oven.
