The restaurant was very clean, with only a little bit of salt on some tables, which wasn't a big issue. The service was excellent and the food tasted great. The only problem was my Double Cheeseburger. When I opened it, it looked like it had fallen apart during preparation, with one of the patties not even sitting properly inside the bun. However, when my mum politely mentioned it to staff, the manager was lovely. They immediately agreed that the burger shouldn't have been served like that, spoke to the staff involved, and had a fresh replacement made in under a minute. Mistakes happen, but

Michelle at the Werribee McDonald’s drive-thru deserves a shout-out! My sister was driving while I placed the order over the phone through Bluetooth, and Michelle handled it flawlessly. She was incredibly friendly, patient and so helpful, and took the entire order accurately despite the unusual setup. We asked for everything to be fresh and it was absolutely spot on. She even let us know to call the number on the receipt if there were any issues once we got home, which was such a thoughtful touch. This was honestly the best McDonald’s experience we’ve had. I understand this is fast food and I understand that the staff are children in training but the management are so rude! Not to me however, I heard a lady with black hair tell a new staff member that "she isn't going to survive in a workplace if she didn't hurry up". I was shocked! Coming in yesterday to for my little cousin and his lack of awareness is a blessing for the situation but I looked around the room and saw people around my age look uncomfortable. She basically shouted it! These children need a good role model if they even want to work and this just isn't it.

Last week we took our children out for an early dinner before a movie, never again to Werribbee MacDonalds . Good took 28 mins at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon, it was cold and some items missing, the place was filthy bins overflowing, ice cream in the floor near a table that was set on the floor it had been there so long, chair's tipped over and the toilet was out of use. I asked a staff member to look at the floor as we needed a table and she shrugged her shoulders and didn’t respond to me.. it’s a disgusting place and we will not be back. Train your staff, clean yr restaurant and fix your equ
