Great atmosphere! Try to get downstairs into the beer cellar - it’s worth the visit on its own! The food is the standard Viennese breaded schitnzel, bratwurst meal plates… etc. The in-house Weizen was excellent! Definitely would come back!

Wonderful Vienna experience! The building is so interesting & historical. Be sure to go to the cellar to see the amazing architecture & the lagertanks. The food is delicious & the the portions are very large. We ordered "ribs for one" & it was more than enough for 2 of us to share. We also had the smoked meat on toast & it was amazing!😋 We had the beer sampling & it was a nice way to try the various beer offerings. Definitely a destination when you're in Vienna!

Top-tier brewery with beers that are strong yet smooth. Dunkel (dark beer) and weizen are recommended. The Stelze and Spare Ribs are legendary. It’s always busy and loud, giving it a great local vibe, but you still get enough privacy at your table. Been visiting since 2009 and it’s still the best. Don’t miss it! Reservation recommended.

The beer was really nice and the goulash was so hearty and satisfying. Loved seeing how they made their own beer the traditional way. The copper brewing equipment is so beautiful. Place felt authentic and full of locals. Would love to be back to try some other Viennese classics!
