At first, it seemed like I had walked into some kind of club. At 12:00, the place was dark, with club music playing. And it felt like they weren’t too happy to see me there. But my first impression turned out to be wrong. The tartare was delicious, the service was quick and efficient. There were lots of guests coming in for business lunch - it was clear they were regulars.
