BE AWARE! they add 10% tip for themselves without asking and when payment is being done no receipt is presented. It was only after we payed and started counting the items from the menu we realized it was 10% higher. When we confronted the waitress and wanted to see an invoice she said it’s not possible. Then she managed to find an invoice (magic) and there it was written 10% tip. When asked about that she said they do this automatically, even tho you need to click 10% on the screen with 2 options to not leave a tip. Clearly trying to take advantage of ”tourists”. In the end she gave us back 7

A very nice and quiet place, we were a group of 6 people in the evening and we all have this feedback. The employee who spoke Romanian, by far made everything much easier and more pleasant. Including in the morning, the girl who helped me at breakfast offered to translate for me, I really appreciate it😍

We have a reservation and this was a catastrophe, no one come to give us a explanation, no one come to ask for the drinks, 30 minutes waiting and the only thing they say us was "wait a moment, please" and dissapear, thinking that we was having a reservation they have any respect, any education and any politeness for us and this being a ocasional costumers, like 3 or 4 times year. We will never back.
