Not my 1st time in Salzburg but my children are. We came from Singapore and we are all cold and tired. They walked passed and told me they wanted to eat Italian food (I wanted to eat Wiener schnitzel) so we just went in. Since it was 4.30pm, we are lucky to have a table. Already a lot of people in the restaurant. We ordered a starter, mussels (not in menu), pasta bolognese, beer and apple soda. Everything tasted good imho but I feel the pasta has room for improvement. My girl regretted not ordering lasagne. A big thank you to Sakis for the amazing hospitality. He welcomed us with a smile, asked about what we like, and gave us recommendations that were absolutely spot on. We ordered the Margherita pizza, and wow… the cheese was incredibly delicious, and the dough was baked perfectly not burnt at all, just the right amount of time in the oven :)))) We also tried the pasta, and you can really tell they make their sauces in house and let everything cook properly. This restaurant is located in an area with many high-quality dining options, but we decided to go for Italian food, as we were craving it. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the first time I’ve ever experienced such an unfriendly approach in an Italian restaurant.
