I write reviews in two cases: verry happy or dissapointed. Service was good, but food is far away from decent. Waiter said that picture on the menu looks the same as dish that i had in my plate😁 sushi were overloaded with overcooked rice unfortunately. won’t recommend this place

The food at Akakiko was genuinely good, fresh and nicely prepared. Unfortunately, the service was a huge letdown. Our waiter was very cold and unapproachable, and there was a serious language barrier as he didn’t speak English well. I didn’t feel welcomed or properly treated, which took away from the overall experience. Great food, but sushi not tasty, but definitely the worst service we’ve had in Vienna.

Extremely rude service. Wow… To drink, we ordered two homemade iced teas. When I asked the server what the Yuzu Eistee was, he replied in a very annoyed tone, “no idea.” Okay… weird, but fine we ordered the Very Berry instead. When it arrived, it was literally just sweet syrup ; no berries like shown on the menu and the glass wasn’t even full (see photo). Confused, I asked if it was really homemade since it tasted artificial and didn’t resemble the picture. Extremely irritated, he snapped, “It’s homemade. What do you want? We ordered a yuzu drink and it was actually a grapefruit drink. There was a dead bug in the drink. We told the waitress and she just came back with a new drink. It didn't taste good, and it wasn't yuzu at all but grapefruit. Of course they charged us for the drink and didn't offer compensation. Luckily we hadn't ordered food yet
