A little cosy restaurant in the heart of Vienna. The area around it is wonderful, and the atmosphere inside is cosy and warm. We had no problem finding a table immediately, the staff was helpful, polite and with a smile on their face. But we noticed some negatives as well. First, we had to call for a waitress a number of times to get their attention for anything, the staff seemed lost and confused running nervously in all directions to serve and take orders and the restaurant was not even that full. BECAREFULL I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.. The food was excellent and the quality is good as well. Unfortunately, my experience was spoiled by the waiter When it was time to pay, he told me that a 10% tip was mandatory and claimed it was a required service charge( it is must you pay 10% tip as minimum !!) and they add it without telling me !!!! After checking the bill, it seemed misleading and not transparent. FOR ANYONE WHO IS READYING MY REVIEW : carefully review your bill before paying and make sure you understand every charge. Our flight got delayed, so we got here close to closing time, but they still treated us fantastically. They cooked for us, and what I assume was the manager stayed so we could eat while sitting down and in peace. To top it all off, the pizza was a 10/10. We had the pollo and margherita, both amazing. I recommend it for anyone and will be coming back.
