Found this place on a YouTube video and was thrilled. Had some delicious spicy burenwurst before going to a show at the Wiener Konzerthaus. I think this place would just as easily be a convenient stop to those headed to the Musikverein or anybody walking in the Karlsplatz area as well.

Best currywurst and kasekrainer in Vienna! Best part is that the man serving it is friendly and jolly which makes the experience all the better! I can see why this is the one of the highest rated wurstelstand in Vienna! I would travel from Donau to Karlsplatz just to eat the sausages! Prices are reasonable too! There are a few standing tables beside the shop but it gets really cold during the winter 🥶

Best sausage stand in Vienna!!! Stopped by here on my way back from The Belvedere museum and this was recommended as a place to stop. Highly agree! Fabulous sausage and so not touristy. The owner was so helpful. I loved every bite of both sausages I bought!!!

Loved it. We had a traditional sausage with mayo, mustard and ketchup all mixed together inside the bread. Super nice, highly recommend. It was so good in a rainy day that we got to order the second one which was a spicy one. We were warmly offered curry sauce to go with it. We prefer the traditional one but both were nice. The seller even gave us a foil to wrap the leftover bread.
