Writing ⚠️ Alert Post ⚠️ On the 20th, I visited Barcode Food Junction with my family for dinner, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Most of the items we initially wanted to order were unavailable, forcing us to choose alternative dishes. To make matters worse, the food served did not match the descriptions or images shown on the menu. The most disturbing issue was that we found small cockroaches in three of our platters. When we informed the staff, they showed little to no concern and acted as if finding insects in food was completely normal. Their response was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. In addition, instead of serving the Arabian Naan we had ordered, they provided us with their regular naan without informing us. Such behavior is not what one would expect from a restaurant of this reputation. Nice – 13/06/2025 A week back, I visited Chattogram and dropped by this restaurant. It’s a spacious venue with different sections, offering various seating arrangements that give off a sophisticated vibe. The interior is tastefully done, and there's the added convenience of parking, outdoor seating, and nearby pastry shop. Coming to the food, I first tried the most common item on their menu — the Fuchka Platter (325 tk). The fuchkas were round, crisp, and well-prepared. While there were different types of fillings, the quantity of those fillings fell short. The number of fuchkas was enough for a small group, but the filling provided was barely sufficient. Next, I had the Chicken Tikka (160 tk) and Butter Naan (45 tk). Both were delightful — the chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the naan was soft and fluffy. However, the dish badly needed an accompanying raita or mayo-based sauce. The salad served was excessive, while the single dip provided for two people was absurdly insuff
