I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my visit yesterday. While sitting and enjoying some wine, I noticed that the fireplace was uncomfortably hot due to the lack of a glass barrier. I politely approached a male staff member to inform him, but his response was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He reacted with visible annoyance and said, “So what exactly do you want? First it’s too hot, then it’s too cold—I don’t know what to do.” To be clear, I had only approached him once in a calm and respectful manner.
