A real gem of a place I found walking back from the city centre to my hotel. All the city centre pubs in Brussels are quite tourist friendly who would speak to me in English despite me wanting to practice my French. Stumbling upon this place was great because it felt like I found a vibrant bar full of locals my age and I don't recall hearing a single word of English in the time I spent in there. Also there was a massive dog at the rave!
