We went there to try gastronomy in Brussels, I have to say that my mom and I had a wonderful evening. The waiters and waitresses were simply wonderfully nice, super caring and helpful. I want to say thank you again to the cooks who did such a beautiful, tasteful and novatrice job. The R&D is incredible and everything was just mesmerising!!! The deserts were so great as well - I highly recommend going there if you have the means. All the passion and love for nature and taste in one place !

A lovely evening, with great food! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which is a big plus. The vegetables were of great quality, although some dishes missed a little "wow" effect often seen in restaurants like this. The mushroom dish and additional cheese platter had enough of that: our favourite courses by far! Comforting, great flavours, innovative but still recognizable enough. I could eat those every day! The place is modern and nice. Lovely staff and kitchen with attention to details. The food is very varying though. Although I like the concept Entropy has, the food varies in qulity. One dish are different leaves, which is interesting, but not very tasty, and the salad had rocks in it. However, some of the other dishes were amazing. They had some good beers, but I don't like that they only have natural wines. Amazing that they have a social twist where they provide food to disadvantaged people. This is definitely a place worth supporting.
