Being a seafood enthusiast, I could not resist exploring some of Brussels' renowned fish restaurants during my visit. Vismet caught my eye as it was conveniently located within walking distance from my hotel. The ambiance was casual, and the service was pleasant without being overly pretentious. The squids in a pepper sauce not only looked appetising but also tasted delicious. On the other hand, the swordfish with grilled green asparagus, zucchini, and potatoes turned out to be somewhat opposite. Surprisingly for a seafood restaurant, the grilled veggies outshone the fish.
