We arrived at around 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning, and it wasn't busy at all. The service was quick, and our server was friendly and welcoming. We ordered the waffle with butter and the waffle with chocolate and banana. Both were excellent — perfectly crispy on the outside, with a rich flavour and soft texture on the inside. I would highly recommend adding the whipped cream, as it elevates the waffle to another level and adds an extra layer of richness and complexity to the overall taste. If you're visiting Brussels, this place is definitely worth a stop. Highly recommended!

The waffles were wonderfully crisp on the outside yet springy inside, so I visited twice during my stay. I think the plain one best showcases the batter, though the cream is also delicious with its subtly sweet flavour. I ordered cream and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was made with dark chocolate and was absolutely delicious. This is indeed the town of chocolate. They were very accommodating with requests, such as swapping the ice cream for fresh cream.

Highly recommend this restaurant! The staff provides excellent service, the prices are reasonable, and the food is truly delicious. The waffles are amazing—authentic square-shaped waffles that are perfectly crispy. The egg toast is also fantastic. The dining atmosphere is pleasant, with lots of artwork displayed throughout the space.
