Last meal of my vacation and after research of authentic flemish dishes, we read the reviews and decided upon this amazing restaurant. The owner is also the cook, and server and takes great pride in his work. The flavours are amazing and I would highly recommend this restaurant. It's an open kitchen, and you can see that it's almost like a home to him. I would make a reservation so he knows to prepare (I think he actually requires them) thought you can make through WhatsApp) and although my plans did eventually change, he was very accomodating and understanding. The best Flemmish Stew I have had so far in the last 2 weeks. Meat cooked to perfection and falls apart beautifully, all basted in a stew that has just the right amount of beer flavors without it overtaking the meat. Salad was also great and potatoes were delicious as well.
