A really lovely, proper cocktail bar. The barkeep/proprietor is a man whose passion and seriousness about his craft is evident in every detail, but quite well-balanced (just as his drinks) by a warm demeanor and lack of pretension. Was fortunate to have him offer me a "spicy Coca-Cola pastis", which was absolutely fantastic. Though he described it as an elevated Long Island iced tea, I think that name does it a disservice - but that bit of self-deprecation shows you his playfulness.

Was only the first time I went here. But had a very nice cocktail. Not the cheapest, but serious size cocktail. Interior was nice. Some easy listening jazz music in the background so you can have a decent conversation. Staff is also very friendly and happy to give you explanations if needed. Will go back!

It's been a very, very long time that I had the pleasure of going to this gem of a bar. And I live in this city lol. It was still as amazing as I remembered. Drinks delicious and the young lady serving us a true pro- and it was her first day! Please also note, you get crisps, water and a little bit of fruit, such a nice touch.
