At Jade's in Mouscron, Where to begin… I've known Jade for over six years, and it's always a pleasure to visit her and eat at what is, for me, the best Chinese restaurant I know. The ingredients are fresh, and you can taste the difference (a real treat for the taste buds). Everything was very fresh and well-prepared. The beef with vegetables was excellent, and my guest ordered sole with garlic and onions, which Jade cleaned for her. Impeccable service. A very good Asian restaurant; I highly recommend it.
