Visited Tiger Ramen recently and had a decent experience overall. We started with the dumplings, which were unfortunately below average and were the weakest part of the meal. For the mains, we had the Garlic Chicken Rice Bowl, which was quite good, and the Tiger Ramen. The broth was good, and the meat in the ramen was excellent—tender, flavorful, and definitely one of the highlights. My only real complaint was the noodles. They were much softer than I prefer, and I wish the restaurant offered the option to choose noodle firmness. The ambiance was very nice—clean, comfortable, and inviting. O

I had the Tiger Ramen option with extra noodles in a pork and chicken broth & fish stock. No often do the broth include fish stock too. It reminded me of a couple of ramen places in Japan. It was so delicious that no soup was left. I would come back here again and recommend others. Seating is limited so come when they just open. A must try when in Kamloops.

We went to Tiger Ramen for supper and I fell in love with the interior setup of the individual booths. I’ve never been to Japan but I’ve seen enough food videos about it. I tried the Tiger Miso Ramen, which had a rich chicken bone and pork soup. The noodles were nice and bouncy!

Not a Ramen expert, but I love this place. I used to come here in 2018 when I was a student and I was thrilled to move back to Kamloops just so I could have Tiger Ramen again (really). Having lived in the lower mainland, Tiger Ramen has surpased the quality of some of the Ramens I had down there. The space is small but I love that aspect about it. Go in with the mentallity that you may have to wait a few minutes to sit, but the trade-off is worth it. You can also just come and pick up the food if you are in a rush, place your order then run your chores. The atmoshpere is magical; Japan-theme
