What the heck did they do to the gravy. It’s thin/runny and is missing that special taste? Asked for all ribs (4 pieces white extra $), there wasn’t any skin on half of each piece of chicken which is why everyone orders at kfc. For the price of food nowadays they gotta do way better. Seems like they are cutting corners to save money. And the no care. The new person at the till was very friendly at least.

KFC has become very expensive. It had been a while since I had eaten fried chicken. The taste was good but the price was much more than I thought it would be. Unfortunately the staff was not friendly and inviting. After all, I guess we're paying for chicken, not service.

KFC, this is NOT the quality I grew up with. I just went through 48 hours of FOOD POISONING after ordering a 4-piece box through SkipTheDishes. When my order arrived, only one piece of chicken seemed fresh. Another piece was hard and cold, the poutine was cold, and even the can of 7UP was warm. I’m finally feeling well enough to write this, but that was one of the worst 48 hours I’ve experienced. DO NOT come to this location or if you’re ordering from a third party app and it’s from this location, DO NOT order.

The food was up to the usual KFC standard. However, the staff seemed disorganized, not knowing which mobile order was first, confused by Uber drivers. Despite placing a pickup order 30 minutes ahead, it wasn’t ready when I arrived- they had no idea where my order was despite me giving my name 3 times. I think there's room for improvement in customer service to make it more friendly and efficient. The food was hot and fresh, but I hope the service improves on my next visit.
