I always ask for no Ice for my Iced Coffee because I don't want it watered down, and have more coffee just like all other branches. This place literally kept it not full. Also there was zero interaction on the drive thru: no good morning, no answer when I asked how are you... "what do you want" !!! And when at window, no interaction: x amount. Debit? Gave me the bag, Goodbye! At least have some courtesy to greet people and customers, A bit of dignity costs nothing. Won't come back here. Won't recommend doing business with them here. And will suggest everyone to get your coffee elsewhere.

Visited tonight around 10:30 PM on May 22, 2026 and had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The female employee working the window, who appeared to be South Asian (Indian), repeatedly asked “sparkling water?” after I ordered sparkling quenchers. The way she said it came across annoyed and dismissive, which became confusing since customers are simply ordering based on the menu names. When we got to the window, we politely asked what the difference was between sparkling water and the sparkling quenchers just to make sure the order was correct. I wish this was a joke. I ordered a large double double through the drive-thru this afternoon, and look what they gave me! Yep! A water. $2.50 for tap water. Unbelievable. I'll never stop at this location again.

Need a thirst quencher or a coffee pick me upper? Come to this store but pack your patience. I came here and could not believe how long it took to get three drinks/ thirst quenchers. Even though there were six people working behind the counter, service was unreasonable slow. By the time I got to placing my order I didn’t bother ordering anything more than drinks cause I couldn’t wait til forever to get it. I noticed a customer ordered a pizza! I wanted to try that too but didn’t have patience to wait for that to be made today either. I figured they’re more focussed on getting the drive thru m
