One of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! Service was extremely slow. Waited about 15 mins for 2 coffees and an iced coffee despite no one being in front of us in line. The staff here move at such a slow pace despite the large volume of people waiting. I ordered a medium coffee but they gave me a small. It was not worth getting them to fix their mistake because it would taken another 10 mins to get the coffee.

This used to be one of my favorite Tim Hortons locations, but unfortunately, over the past month, the quality and accuracy of orders at the drive-thru have dropped significantly. Almost every other time I place an order, I end up having to go inside to fix mistakes , regardless of whether it’s a simple order (like two coffees) or something larger. This has been happening consistently, almost every other day. Today was especially disappointing. I ordered a large hot latte and a medium black coffee with 2 sugars. I love this location. Food is amazing and so is the service. Often times my food and beverages are ready before I even pay! Karen is so kind.
