If I could give this place as zero stars, I would. I don’t understand how a manager doesn’t understand how the coupons work how the size of your coffee doesn’t matter when you’re using a coupon from the app. Insisted that I had to pay over a dollar more or something that’s included with the promo. When I try to explain this to the manager, she continuously did not let me finish my statement and continuously was talking over me telling me that she is the manager she works here. She knows how everything works. Very disappointed in this Tim Hortons and will not be coming back here again. I guess

I go there occasionally for breakfast and sometime grab a quick coffee in the afternoon. The elderly lady serving in the morning has been providing a good service. She has a good vibe and take care of what you need. Great that this Tims is hiring Canadian and a slightly older person. Another Time Hortons in Aurora has average coffee. This one has maintain the quality. Tim Hortons, please keep up with your promises. Your competitor is coming to take the share of your loyal customers.

I ordered a Spicy Habanero Bowl, a medium Americano with 2 milk and 2 sugar, and a small Orange Tangerine Quencher. When I got to the window, I was asked to repeat my order, and they tried to upsell me the Spicy Habanero Wrap instead of the bowl. A few minutes later, they admitted they had mistakenly made the wrap and asked if I still wanted the bowl. I said yes, but had to wait again. When I finally received the bowl, the chicken came in large chunks (see photo), and there wasn’t enough salad, rice, or beans.
