Great and friendly service here. It’s always clean and the staff are always kind. They are patient with my broken French and often have a smile on their faces. Food quality has been great every time I go and there is often plenty of choice when it comes to variety of baked goods. Great Tim Hortons location!

10 out of 10 times, the French Vanilla tastes like plain water. I try to avoid this store as much as possible, but sometimes we have no other option. At this point, it honestly feels like the owner is cutting costs by using less coffee mix. But after today, I won’t be buying anything from this place.

I usually come to this place, and the service is normally okay. However, today I ordered a bowl and a yuzu drink, but they mistakenly made me a wrap and a different drink instead. When I pointed out that it wasn’t what I had ordered, I expected them to take the items back and prepare the correct order. Instead, I was ignored and left standing at the pickup area for about 15 minutes. After finally noticing me, they asked what I had ordered again. Absolutely horrendous experience. Probably the worst I've ever had at Tim Hortons. Preordered through the mobile app. They continuously tried to tell me that there was no order, despite showing them the app repeatedly. Even confirmed it was for this location. There were 6 or 7 staff there at the time, and it was not busy. Very rude and the customer service was terrible. When they finally stopped arguing and accepted it was ordered there, they still messed up the order multiple times. After nearly a half hour, I still did not get what I ordered. It was two drinks. I will never go back
