i went and got two plain bagels w/ herb and garlic cream cheese and there was actually the smallest amount of cream cheese. it wasn’t even herb and garlic. i didn’t look at the bagels until i walked home so i will not be going back and getting them the made. this is just ridiculous, you can’t even taste anything but plain bagel. i had to make them into sandwiches for my sister and i.

This morning, around 4:10 a.m., I went through the drive-thru at the Duckworth location and ordered an extra-large regular dark roast coffee. The server was very polite, which I appreciated, as I have experienced rude service there in the past. After I ordered a regular coffee, the server asked if it took two milks, and because I was in a rush, I said yes. When I arrived at work and tasted the coffee, it was extremely sweet—more like drinking sugar water than coffee. I could barely taste any coffee at all, and this was supposed to be a dark roast. extremely rude manager. i was very polite and paid for extra for cream cheese and the manager asked me to show it and refused to give any more saying she did it herself and did two scoops of cream cheese but you tell me if this looks like two scoops worth the extra money i paid for

I have been visiting this Tim Hortons over many years and I am noticing the cleanliness has deteriorated. Disappointing! Toilets are dirty no paper in one of the 2 washrooms. Floor is dirty
