Safe to say I won't be coming back here. The service has been consistently poor lately, and the food quality is right there with it. Just look at how messy and gross these donuts look in image.png. Presentation is a total disaster. Major skip! 👎🍩

I love going to this Tim's on my break, but unfortunately I had a very different experience yesterday. All woman workers. The first worker came to greet me at the counter with a big smile and ready to take my order. She was immediately yelled at in a different language by the other 2 workers on the floor. The first lady looked concerned and moved to the side. When the second one approached the counter, she stared at me waiting. No greeting like the first worker or smile. Nicest Ladies I have ever met at a Tim Hortons. Hands down. The one lady found me in the food court to help me! I ordered ahead. They don’t have the item. They were kind about it. Super awesome. Friendly. It’s my favourite for sure of all that I have visited. Which is nearly 50 at this point.

I came to this mall tim restaurant on Victoria Day but got late to share this. I usually visit there, but I want to share an incident. When I went there, I noticed a short girl who had just come from the back and was not wearing a hairnet. It was the same girl I had noticed multiple times in the past as well. I didn't get a chance to see her name badge, but I asked her where her hairnet was. She replied that she had just come from storage and would put it on before going back in.
